About Me
With over 30 years on stage, a decade on Broadway and 20 years mastering 3d modeling, I bring performance artistry and technical precision to every character creation.
My journey began playing with LEGOs, where I built not just structures but working innovations - a foundation for my problem-solving approach today. This mechanical mindset drives my cosplay prop design, finding elegant solutions where others see obstacles.
For the past 10 years, I've specialized in 3D printing and manufacturing techniques that bring digital designs into physical reality with unprecedented detail.
This unique combination - theatrical understanding, technical expertise, and manufacturing knowledge - allows me to create props and accessories that don't just look authentic but function beautifully throughout long event days.
Each project merges art and engineering to transform fictional designs into wearable reality.
Our Creation Process
transform fictional characters into custom made props and accessories that stand out at conventions and publicity events. Here's my process:
First Contact
We'll have an intro call to discuss your character, event needs, timeline, and budget requirements.
Planning
You'll receive a detailed quote with clear terms. After approval, a downpayment secures your spot in my production schedule.
Design Development
I'll collect reference material and perform a 3D body scan for perfect sizing. The concept design phase translates your character into wearable form, with proofing to ensure accuracy. I'll also suggest potential upgrades to enhance your character's impact.
Creation
During manufacturing, we'll have multiple fitting meetings to ensure comfort and mobility for long convention days. Adjustments and refitting guarantee the costume works as well as it looks.
Completion
Your finished cosplay will be delivered ready for your convention or campaign. Final payment is collected upon delivery.
